      Pros

      Privacy, no one else is usually in the office with you. Nice furnace filters for your home.

      Cons

      You are paid a basic hourly wage to act as the office manager, salesman, secretary, operator. The actual office manager is never in office or available to be reached by phone. Terribly unorganized. No in person training.

      You can expect to be support throughout the entire hierarchy at Camfil. You can truly ask for help from anyone and you will be received with a warm welcome.

      Cons

      Sales is not for the faint of heart. You have to have some thick skin.
