Stable work hours. Good people at the local level. Fast paced. Company works for the betterment of the environment
Cons
No growth potential unless you work at the corporate office. Raise based on budget not on your work performance. Lack of leadership from corporate to the local level. Do as I say not as I do mentality from corporate Sales first attitude Work is done by the just over minimum wage employees while the sales people make the money Zero HR presence at the local level. When you call for anything it takes them forever to handle the issues if at all.
