      The Tech Center comprises several large departments. Every department has it's own responsibility. The job is relatively stable.

      Cons

      Narrow promotion channels. Some colleagues which has been working tens of years, don't have very high level.

      You can expect to be support throughout the entire hierarchy at Camfil. You can truly ask for help from anyone and you will be received with a warm welcome.
