They do not uphold promises of pay raises, their IT receives 0 support, recommendations fall on deaf ears or you aren't listened to at all, What should be separate jobs are all jumbled together into one job, in turn knowing everyone's role is a blurred, and messy line, a clear lack of care for employees that causes many people to get thrown under the bus for something not associated with them, there are to many "chiefs" and clear decision making is not always present, the top 3 people are making uninformed decisions, IT infrastructure has been a mess for the last 15 years and undermaintained, they are still exposing themselves to IT hazards just because they don't wanna make a switch on a couple of systems that run old operating systems.
