      Pros

      Can work as many hours as you need each week. Easy fun job.

      Cons

      Parking lot is very far from the exit and toy freeze in the winter when the shuttle doesn't show. It happens all the time. Always moving waterpark furniture gets old and there are many injuries from it. Pay is very low. You are always catering to other religions and groups, but never get Christmas or Easter off.

      Not difficult generally speaking, some good perks, The people that I directly work for are decent folks, and do seem to take care of the employees whenever possible.

      Cons

      stressful and potentially dangerous on busy days, abysmal pay. no growth potential. poor communication between departments. everyone is burned out. HR is incompetent.
