Getting Worse - Anonymous employee Cambridge Vacuum Engineering Employee Review

Poor salaries across the company. No bonus package across the company in 8 years. How they keep getting away with advertising this on Job Adverts, I don't know. Not even inflationary Salary increase in 5-6 years across the company. Poor management across multiple departments. Consistent low morale across majority of departments, unless you're in more of the "support" roles. Directorship using company money to support a non-advancing IP, or unnecessary IT Infrastructure, resulting in a company loss each year. Periods of high staff turnover, further de-skilling the workforce.
