Lots of opportunities and exposure to different projects, including firm initiatives. Engaging CEO with strong, aspirational vision for the company. Innovative, entrepreneurial culture and solid value system. Attracts people who are creative, want to make a meaningful difference to the clients (not just focused on their own career ladder), and people who love to solve problems. Lives by its mission statement of "First Choice for Clients, BEST Choice for Our People." With growth comes challenges and stretching the company and its staff which can lead to frustrations at times; but the team comes together to move through and make adjustments. I wouldn't change to another company; no other firm will provide the breadth of opportunities that Cambria does.

With growth comes challenges in stretching the company and its staff which can lead to frustrations at times. Very aspirational growth goals and aggressive strategies, while exciting on one hand it is also fast paced and can be tiring (better work life balance needed). Lingering issues that we, as staff, see that are taking too long to fix. Even so, I wouldn't change to another company; no other firm will provide the breadth of opportunities that Cambria does.
