      Pros

      Management is great, the work is interesting, the pay is competitive. Overall, my favorite job out of my 8 years in analytical.

      Cons

      Minor favoritism but that happens everywhere. Budget restrictions and old equipment but hopefully that will change soon with the increased client flow.

      Pros

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
