      Days Factory staff New factory Easy to wind the management up!

      Cons

      Owner would prefer to run a work house rather than a factory. Bullying tactics and throwing tantrums are just 2 of his qualities. Doesn't like staff finishing at finish time as this means he gets no free labour! Unsurprisingly a huge staff turn over rate which always leaves the place under manned.
