      Pros

      Stable, professional, and safe atmosphere. Insurance benefits kick in the first of the month prior your hiring. Management seem not to look down on hourly employees whatsoever. Clean.

      To take the job you must sign a non-compete without prior mention. Formerly BASF.( why did basf leave)
