Pros

I have no idea what the above person is talking about?? I have been here over a year and the employees and management staff are Very diverse. As a matter of fact, there is a Puerto Rican manager, a Brazilian manager, an African American manager, and a Caucasian manager. If thats not diversity, I don't know what is. So.... Racist? I THINK NOT! He and all of the management staff have always been fair, no matter race or gender. Sounds like a disgruntled employee that is no good on the phone to me.

Cons

None really, parking a little tight sometimes.

Pros

Great environment, high energy, owners really show they care about agents needs. As far as call centers i haven't found one that pays better and with benefits.

Cons

A little traffic around 5pm because everyone on fairway drive that works back there is pretty much leaving at the same time, but nothing you cant handle.

Pays up to $16 of your good.

Cons

MANAGERS ARE RACIST!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON OF COLOR TO WORK THERE. THEY LITERALLY TREATS PEOPLE OF COLOR HORRIBLE. Manager Justin Felter will not promote unless your white. So if your white/Caucasian then your good. Worked there over 5 years.
