Calix is a group of thoughtful, fun and focused individuals... heavy hitters driving tech and experience centric tools and cloud services. Things move fast here, as agile organizations often do. They have a great training and onboarding process but getting acclimated to the cross functional structure takes time to appreciate and get embedded.
