Pros
I have joined the company for almost a year now. I started working here as a Social Media Marketing Assistant. While my main focus wast to produce content and oversee social media, I have been given the opportunity to also learn about other aspects of online marketing. I have been taking part in PPC and SEO training sessions twice a week and realized that I enjoy not only doing social media, but SEO and PPC as well. After 9 months, I have been promoted to Executive and now I am waiting to become a Manager. I do need a little more time, but that is just understandable. The management has been pretty understanding with my schedule as well, as every month had to take 1 day off for personal readon. This was additional to my annual holiday entitlement.
Cons
Its a fast paced environment as the company always want to ensure the clients are satisfied with the performance of their business. It can be overwhelming sometimes, but it feels good when you receive a thankful email or a box a chocolate from the client.
