Pros
The experience of being in an office setting, gaining knowledge of property damage and insurance.
The owners are friendly in basic pleasantries/ formalities of the brief hello and goodbye and occasional free lunches. Parking passes are nice.
Cons
There is a huge disconnect between owners, management, employees and departments. Company transparency is trivial.
Genuine teamwork and collaboration is heavily lacking. Everyone is clicky, divided and most of all catty.
The company also seems to have a keen eye to hire young off the block inexperienced unprofessional children for certain departments.
Sometimes the numbers matter more than the quality of work being done for clients and employees feeling undervalued.
Management has an abrasive aggressive unprofessional tone in which belittles, dispirits and demoralizes the team. Makes you question if they even have an awareness of it because they seem oblivious to it. Its the perfect depiction of the meme in which the leader is yelling at their team vs being in the trenches working and actually encouraging and leading the team .
The owners are oblivious to the way management operates in its entirety.
The owners and public adjuster are respectful although there is a lack of guidance, leadership and over all connectedness of the company.
This review will most likely get buried by a barrage of "positive" reviews after this.
