Pros

None that come to mind

Cons

I dedicated my heart body and soul to Caliber Collision and they ended up treating me like trash. I quite after they wrote me up and threatened my job for not hitting their impossible sales plan based on the lack of body techs. I walked away without a word after several years. Now, they are telling their Teammates that want to leave and work with me that they are buying the company that I work for so they can fire me. I gave up a lot to walk away from the nonsense at Caliber but it just does not STOP! It's not enough that they pushed me out of the company, and cost me my future. They are trying to ruin the rest of what I worked for my entire life.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
