      Can be long hours and can be fast paced at times, that's why it's a career not a job!! Any of the cons are worth the rewards of being part of the Caliber Family

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
