Pros

Benefits, good management, lots of work , good pay. Upper management is supporting and opportunities for young people. Relocation for some if desired. Good deals for all caliber employees with other companies we use any way. All in all a pretty good place to work

Cons

Long hours, some stores work Saturdays some don't . Should be equal. Not enough holidays off. Lack of promotions for older employees not everyone even if qualified is considered seriously. Very stressful job and all though upper management try's to understand most have been out of the day to day activity s for so long they really don't have a clue of what we deal with day in and day out.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
