The products offered are of world-class standard.

Cons

Senior management is totally blind to the employee's level of commitment. Owners and Directors are limited in their ability to run a customer service based operation. If you want to pursue a long term career with a dealership, this is not the one to start with. Your tenure will be limited to the time it takes for management to find the next flavor of the month.

Pros

Good Co-workers, lots of BBQ's throughout the year, HR very accessible. Monthly pizza meeting for tech's.

Cons

Overly critical and unforgiving managers. Treated like a number most of the time. Lied about how busy they were to entice technicians to work there. Had a bad case of cronyism at the time I was there. Below industry average pay, non-relaxed work environment.
