      Pros

      Very few. Cheap discount. Bad hours - works people too hard and they burn out due to his abusive management style.

      Cons

      Do not work here!! Trust me! Sam is delusional, abusive, narcissistic etc. Treats his employees horribly, lets people go on a whim for no reason.

      Pros

      Exciting brands to partner with and grow.

      Cons

      Dated business model and systems. Hard to create OTB with dead stock stuck in locations. No privacy with open floor plan. Hard to be successful as an outsider lacking cumulative knowledge. Outside hires only really considered for failing departments. Seems very narrow at the top.
