No body in upper management wanted to help or teach. Being new to the industry I wanted to learn and was will to work hard. However, my boss was terrible at communication, and when something did not get done it seemed to be my fault. We had to integrate standard Pacific and Ryland and it went poorly. Again my boss wanted me to do one side while he did the other. Then blamed me for the poor results. Keep in mind I had only been in the industry for 4 months. Communication, organization and management are terrible. Make too many homes too fast no quality of workmanship and everyone in the office is miserable. Highly suggest not wasting any time with this company.
