Thank you for the interesting and completely inaccurate review. Perhaps a competitor or a disgruntled person that we decided not to bring on to the team? Nonetheless, in the past few years, we have only had TWO people not go beyond their first 90 days or "a few months" with our group. And for those two people and their unexpected life events, it was the right thing for them to do to not continue with our team and we supported their decisions. Our culture is actually what specifically allows us and our people to thrive, and it's something we as leadership work passionately to always grow and improve. Sometimes we win and sometimes we grow. Mistakes are only mistakes if you do not learn from them, and to evolve and continue reaching for greatness, we will continue to grow.
Real estate is a tough business. 87% of Realtors that get into the business wind up getting out after two years, which is a high turnover rate for any field. Our plug-and-play systems, coaching, and leads help to ensure our people aren't another statistic...if they are willing to put in the work and focus on their personal and professional growth.
And, our culture is crazy in the sense that we intently help our people focus on growth and creating a legacy that future generations will benefit from. We know how rare it is to find companies that help their people focus on those things, which is kind of crazy.
