      Good team Good communication with HQ TL always had our back even though we made mistakes

      Cons

      Forced RTO really ruined it for me Below Average salary Managers are really stingy with leaves and you need medical proof if you get sick frequently I don't think I hit all of the pain points but these are the ones I experience.

      Manageable workload and process autonomy

      Cons

      Almost all team managers are in South Korea and they barely communicate what they want or the direction they want to take. You'll have autonomy in how you work but no room for progress since they don't even have proper performance reviews, so don't expect much for salary appraisals either.
