Let me count the ways. Honestly, the words "rip off" covers the experiamce for both employees and customers. The reason it takes an hour or two to get your food is because the owners have to come in the back and fight with each other and yell/ insult every employee until their too afraid to work causing multiple mistakes. Constantly surprised with new menus in the middle of dinner when a ticket pops up. Lots of hostility. No training provided. 2 hour tickets make for bad tips. AND seriously, we got scolded for throwing away meat that dropped on the floor and it was taken out of the garbage and thrown back on the grill. f I understand that the fire is hot and would kill most of the germs, but a $25 bite of beef should be properly handled and free of foot prints. .
