Horrible - Table Games Dealer Caesars Entertainment Employee Review

Worst turnover rate, management are always arguing over procedures.. I know it’s not their fault, but they are one of the very limited states allowing smoking inside again. They didn’t do much to protect us during Covid. They pay dealer trainees more then the actual dealers make. Take the classes then get a job somewhere else. They promise promotions, but they hired new hires instead of promoting.
