Great work-life balance, but pay is lacking - CRM Coordinator Caesars Entertainment Employee Review

My company technically rents our location out of a Caeser's casino, I am fond of the people I work with and how hard to hosts work to make sure guests are well taken care of.

The casino I work in seems to be falling apart in the basement area (valet) always smells, pieces of the ceiling are missing, and they have had problems with sewage for as long as I could remember.

You don't have to do anything. at all. This is a great job if you want to balance 2 jobs at once.

Nepotism driving all decisions, if you didn't come from Royal Caribbean, don't expect to make decisions. Ive never worked anywhere that management had no leadership skills, and no technical knowledge, which leads to absolute disaster of decision making. Decisions are made by consensus of yes men, while anyone who disagrees is sidelined.
