      - benefits - pension - education advancement - bonuses and added extras - company's overall vision is great

      Cons

      - certain properties have lower level managers that deviate from the company's vision. - office gossip - ever so changing job duties - unclear directive from management - lower level supervisors and managers get away with alot. Upper senior management has no idea or turn a blind eye
