Appreciate this — especially from someone who’s been in the trenches with us for so long. That ability to crank out top-tier work fast has always been one of our strengths, and sometimes comes at the expense of downtime. Honestly, feedback like this pushed us to take a hard look at how we were pacing things. We’ve made changes to our PTO approach and how we manage recovery after big pushes.
