      Pros

      Great work life balance. Colleagues and bosses are very nice without push. My department has fun activities like outside gaming and dining from time to time, grouping people together, having fun.

      Cons

      Stocks are comparatively less than FAANG companies. Only some chocolate bars are offered in my onsite office. They cancelled the weekly fruits and nuts this year don't know why.
