Pros
99% of the staff are fantastic. The experience in Cabot vs a retail bank is fantastic as you are exposed to all aspects of the work not just one narrow focus.
Cons
Training is poor (or in some cases non existent). It's learn on the job, sink or swim with very few written processes to follow and the assistance you get comes from your colleagues at the same level, rarely if ever from the level above. There can be alot of firefighting, a lot of the targets that staff are measured on seem pointless and frustrate the staff that actually want to get on with the work.
