Pros
You have the access in learning about Guns, Bows, Tractors, Boats and anything to do with the outdoors from other outfitters, customers and company training classes. Great place to work and be yourself.
Cons
They don't pay well, don't give bonus even if your store makes the budget and 10 hours work days. There is no 40 hours for management. As a manager you don't get paid holiday unless you work on the holiday.
