Pros
Great Owner, GM, and management from the top down. Always treated fairly and never had to worry about my pay. Amazing hours for a car dealership. Great team of salespeople who treat each other with respect, and no sleezeballs. Customers love the dealership, and probably the fastest F&I process around. No waiting around for hours to get your customers through the paperwork process. No problem taking vacation time when you need it.
Cons
Really can't think of much. Sometimes as a smaller dealership we were limited on inventory, and if it gets slow they want you to start cold calling previous customers of the company, but that's pretty standard in the biz. The pay is solid, but it's unit based, so if we have a slow period or less cars from say a pandemic/chip shortage, than it can be harder to hit the numbers needed to make the money you're used to, but under normal conditions it's a solid pay plan.
