Lied about benefits. They advertise health insurance and 401 K, they do not. Previous owner offered that years ago and they still advertise they hire with benifits.
Requires employees to sign a document allowing them to take a 500 fee if you quit before hitting 6 months employment.
Fleet trucks are breaking down and problematic.

Not paid for drive time yet expected to drive long distance for one pool. One hour in one direction for one pool.

You have to pay 200.00 for certification even if your not hired as a Lifefuard! Or the company pays it and then deducts it from your check. However they dont let you know if they take it in increments or all at once. They make you pay 90.00 for their MANDATORY uniform! Thats all before your first check! They dont ket tou know that if you go on their website that you can order your shirt for 13.00 (not sure about the shorts) and have it delivered to the business for free as long as you give it 10 business days. That should have been told when they hire you!!! All this before you even start getting paid!!! Then the pay is ONLY 7.50 an hour. Im already at a deficit of 290.00!! They aren't clear with you about your hours from the beginning to know how many hours that you will be working. To know how long it might take to pay them back!! So it might take half of my summer to pay back the 200 from the Lifeguard class that i wasn't even hired to do! :-/ As well they are NOT clear about how to earn points to get a hire pay or how many points it takes to go up in pay as well how much each time
