The best things about this company are the owners and Charlie :) Scott and Cathy Forrestall take a vested interest in their employees and their wellbeing. Since I have been here, there have been, bi-weekly barbeques (in the summertime), dinner cruises, annual Christmas dinners, Golf Tournaments, a Scrabble Tournament, and every once in a while there's a random thank you gift left in your chair. For a mid-large size company, as an employee you are not lost in the corporate nature of the business. Scott and Cathy make sure if you are working hard for them your efforts are recognized and acknowledged. The CaTECH staff consists of a seasoned group of professionals, where the senior management is able to engage in a democratic management style as opposed to micromanagement; which in turn creates a relaxed working environment where the staff is willing to work a little harder and complain a little less. It is clear, Scott and Cathy have the foresight to know who they have supporting CaTECH which is evident in their demeanor towards staff/client and competition, overall it’s a great place to work.
