Handsome package Freedom to choose the technology or direction in the way you can finish the task allocated but if something goes wrong ..they will directly start doubting you. 4. Food and snacks is good and free.
Cons
1. At any moment they can say you leave the organisation , many times you will not know why it happened . 2. Organisation is growing and have a unstable environment. 3.not much advice is available what how to proceed with your work ..you have the freedom and so you have to be perfect or get ready to take blame 4. Soon work life balance you will lose in this organisation because of agile process this company follow.
