Great work culture and company to work for

I dont think there is any

Incredibly friendly and intelligent staff, who are always working to improve and expand. So few companies can say the same. Management cares deeply and is fully committed to getting to the next step with the team. So there is never a loss of vision or focus for the future. As a programmer, when you can rely upon staff to organize what needs done, and convey it clearly - it makes a world of difference. And for them to be willing and able to discuss further to ensure it meets the needs of goal; yet flexible enough to change when it cannot. Very good people with a lot of heart, strength, and well-placed balance.

No shortage of work to be done --but not sure that's really a Con, I feel like that's the entire point of growth and achieving more in life -hard work, together.
