Pros
Concentrates on productivity over the time clock. If you work hard and focus this is a place that will reward with both work-life balance and compensation. It's not for everyone and thats why I think I like it, you really have to be motivated and goal orientated - but when you are it pays. Being a small company management are easily accessible for ideas or concerns - a far cry from large corporate jobs.
Cons
If you lose focus you really can hang your self. So stay sharp and ask a lot of questions if you don't know. This is an aggressive sales company so don't let the fun and games fool you - they want closers.
