Pros

Nice people, close relationship with management, no nonsense and unnecessary meetings, remote work

Cons

Chained to a desk all day, call center work, ZERO flexibility with PTO or unpaid time off for doctor appointments, etc. that were already scheduled prior to employment or that were for emergencies, small company.. I wasn’t confident in my job security. The contract with the other insurance company was more important to them than how their employees were being treated which was annoying. Pay is too low for the insurance knowledge some of us have. The CEO definitely cared more about money than growing or helping his people be better.

Pros

The owners are hands on and truly care about their employees. They have no issue with listening to the concerns of their employees and making changes if needed.

Cons

None really, it was a great place to work!
