-Managers cannot truly manage if they are in the role of cashiers, stock persons or receivers. -CVS has a lot of audits that are zero tolerance. -You have to field a lot of scam artist with the extra buck program.... - If you take an expired coupon, you could possibly be fired. -There are no clear guidelines in what you can do to satisfy the customer... -The survey does not work in most locations... all the stores that were doing well in my district were cheating or coercing customers to give them a good rating.
