Pros
It’s a job that pays you. That’s about it.
Cons
Corporate is the biggest issue I have with this company. They are incredibly slow but since COVID they are EXTREMELY SLOW. When I had my first interview there it took over a month before I could start working because of how long it took corporate to get me into the system. My boss told me the pay was $15 an hour, it was actually $11. I was promoted in less than a year but it took 4 months for my $11 salary to change to $13, though my manager had me working the duties of my promotion during that time. I waited A YEAR AND A HALF to see the back pay I was owed. I’m currently on a medical leave of absence and I’m still waiting for them to give me the sick time I accrued. They never have enough people working it was always only 2 people per shift working the store, we were always understaffed, stressed, and the only thing CVS cares about is us selling their monthly memberships. They do not care about their employees at all. If they did care I wouldn’t have needed to demand the money I was owed for well over a year. I do not recommend anyone work here, considering no one actually knows what they’re doing. It was an absolute nightmare and I look forward to never stepping inside another CVS as long as I live.
