Pros
The training provided is fair and succinct for a large corporation with high turnover. Personally, most of my supervisors were kind and professional, but this depends on an individual scenario. Good opportunity for those who do not have much experience and want an opportunity and hand up.
Cons
District managers are compelled to reduce costs and do not afford enough man hours to individual stores. Their focus lies with the bigger 24 hour stores and smaller stores are disproportionately allotted less time. An inordinate amount of time and importance is dedicated to tasks that do not directly affect customers(paperwork).
