Pros

--Diverse workplace with incredibly kind and talented colleagues --Good benefits (health insurance, pension) --Unionized (under DC37) --Chill Management (as long as you meet deliverables, no one will bother you) --Relative creative freedom (as long as it aligns with CUNY's image and follows FCC guidelines)

Cons

--Stagnancy (lack of promotions, industry workshops, and innovative ways to stay relevant in the media landscape--which are crucial to surviving the job market long-term) --Lack of strong career networks (most people that come here, stay here for 10+ years) and positive workplace morale overall --Disorganized management/lack of creative direction (ie. work getting approved and then scrapped, producers being shuffled from show to show) --Low Pay --Too comfortable/lack of continuous learning
