Pros

Good environment Lots of differentiated experience Stable job

Cons

Not so good progression: 3 levels (RN, RN with specialty, Chief Service/Department Nurse) RN: *1y: RN intern (>1400€ + 6% base salary); *After 1y: RN level 1 (>1500€ base + 6% base salary); *After 3y: RN level 2 (1620€ base + 6% base salary); *After 6y: Senior RN level 1 (1700€ base + 6% base salary) but you need to pass some kind of "test", this time, you don't progress automatically. *You have one more level (Senior level 2), but don't know how you can progress. RN with specialty (the service must "need you" as a nurse with a specific specialty... attaining specialty certification alone is generally insufficient for progression to an "Expert" Registered Nurse): *RN "Expert" level 1: ~2000€ *RN "Expert" level 2: (don't know). And finally, you have the Chief Department Nurse: (don't know the range).
