Pros
CTG sought me out based on my resume, so they can be proactive. They supply technical manpower to other companies needing technical personnel. The pay was a bit above what competitor employment agencies were paying and they communicated well as to where and what the job they were offering was. They were effective and well organized.
Cons
When the company I was working for cancelled my contract for reasons known only to them, CTG also cancelled my employment which was a logical conclusion. I really could not blame them for this but it was a very abrupt end.
