Being able to earn enough money to just survive above the poverty line.

Cons

It's a horrible place. Everyone is always leaving and staff bring in new batches. You really feel like you're expendable. Employees only have a once a year salary increase and it's very minimal. I have never worked for a company so disorganised and unprofessional in all my working career. My advice is be very wary if you go to work with CTG, Watch your pay and get onto the matter asap if there are problems with the pay.

They see themselves as supportive of clients and employees and some hold true to form.

Cons

Business has been down for quite some time and I don't feel the integrity is what it once was.
