      Company does it's best to make you feel like part of a family. Very unusual for a company of this size.

      No working remotely. Not much flexibility with hours.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
