      West Cheater HQ and executive level managers do there job

      Cons

      Management at the swedesboro NJ plant allows there floor managers to bully floor staff. Never enough work for a full 40 hour week especially near Christmas.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
