Pros
The pay was good, but that’s about it.
Cons
Sexism is rampant, verbally and emotionally abusive management that is nearly impossible to reach at the best of times, nepotism is also the order of business (do not apply as a temp, they will treat you like garbage.) failure to communicate is common (approved time off will be met with an assertion of “no call no show,” unless you have the signed time off request paper on your person, supervisors are nearly impossible to reach when it counts, and no cell phones anywhere near you [there was an older employee who was the caretaker of a child with a severe medical condition and needed to have his phone with him just in case his child had an attack and he would have to take care of them. Management still made him leave his phone in his locker and the kid did have a severe attack after this, they let him have his phone lest they be hit with a lawsuit]) none of this is exaggerated or made-up. It’s the 100% truth.
