      Pros

      Many of the people were friendly and they target changing technology, which was great. Engineering innovations are still great!

      Cons

      If your not family, your decisions and recommendations don't matter, even if they are good. Regular rolling layoffs made for a continuous fear for the employees. Temp or full time, it did not matter.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
