Pros
If you get a job in the factory with a chair, then at least you get to sit down. If not you're standing up for 8 hours. Thats about it. You also might get a desk fan.
Cons
All the employees are in their own little clique. Don't expect to make any friends, unless you are naturally outgoing. Seniors are treated with more respect and pretty much get special treatment from the supervisors. Very boring, you will be doing the same mundane thing all day every day. Until you are moved to do something else just as mundane. The management expect you to work like a machine and achieve crazy target numbers. Im not sure if this is a con, but you will meet a lot of good people who have some how been stuck at this job for years and wonder how they haven't kicked the bucket.
