Pros
As a seasoned IT professional, I can think of few pros related to my time at CTDI. Its benefits aren't competitive and the work environment verges on oppressive. I made a rash decision to accept a position at CTDI and quickly came to regret it. I couldn't have been happier to move on.
Cons
Unsupportive management: you never feel like management has your back and they wouldn't hesitate to throw you under the bus if it would be somehow advantageous to them Sub-par benefits: lousy vacation policy in comparison to other companies, mediocre medical coverage Unpleasant work environment: rampant nepotism, poor work-life balance, chaotic management, frequent layoffs
